SusPENT 懸浮劑 Suspending Agent
簡介Introduction
SusPENT懸浮劑用于“控濾失堵漏”，該技術(shù)是指當其配制的堵漏漿液進入漏失井段后，在鉆井液液拄壓力和地層壓力所產(chǎn)生的壓差的作用下，漿液從軸向流動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閺较蛄鲃樱谠O(shè)置的時間內(nèi)大量失水，漿液中的固相組份在重力作用下沉積變稠，形成濾餅，繼而壓實，填塞漏失通道，形成段塞，達到減緩漏失的效果；同時鉆井液在所形成的塞面上形成光滑平整的泥餅，起到進一步嚴密封堵漏失通道的效果。
SusPENT suspending agent is utilized for "controlled filtration loss and leak sealing." This technology refers to the process where, after the leak-sealing slurry prepared with SusPENT enters the lost circulation zone in the well, under the pressure differential created by the drilling fluid column pressure and the formation pressure, the slurry transitions from axial flow to radial flow. Within a set time, a significant amount of water is lost from the slurry. The solid components in the slurry deposit and thicken under the influence of gravity, forming a filter cake. This filter cake is subsequently compacted, filling the lost circulation channels and creating a plug, thereby achieving the effect of reducing leakage. Meanwhile, the drilling fluid forms a smooth and even mud cake on the surface of the formed plug, further tightly sealing off the lost circulation channels.
